    I hired Ivan to do a room extension, new flooring, new roofing, interior painting, deck repair, and several maintenance items on a 22 year old residence I had just bought. Ivan worked fast, and met the timeline we set for him. He communicated well and regularly. He was flexible with me in exploring options and alternatives to stay close to the target budget. When we discussed design ideas, he had thoughtful and practical feedback. He shared information on the price of materials and subcontractor invoices, so that I generally found our interactions transparent and respectful. His work has been high quality and I haven't spotted any significant problems with it. I would recommend Ivan for residential repair/remodel work.
