  The only reason why I’m even giving this place a star is because it was Clean . I’ve been here two times so far and have had poor service . I’ve had my blood drawn from plenty of different places in my life and I’ve never had such poor customer service !! The first time a blonde young women took blood from me so fast that when she was done and was basically telling me to leave , I had blood dripping all over me and the floor !!! I was so scared seeing the blood dripping everywhere . She looked at me like she made a mistake but didn’t admit or say sorry ? Didn’t bother asking me if I’m ok ? Do you feel dizzy ? Nothing , just ok , bye ! The next time a older man took blood from me I told him I was nervous because of the last time . I explained the story to him and he said that was my fault and that it was my responsibility to apply pressure ? No one ever told me you need to do that out of all the times . They usually hold it down with the cotton ball and then apply the tape . At least now I know I need to do it my own self so I don’t have blood every where . So much more to say . But Paula !!! Was veryyyyy kind to me and considerate ! She was an angel and I am so thankful she helped me . I had to be there for two hours .
