  These people are the rudest, most dishonest and borderline illegal rental company I have ever experienced. Forget service and manners, and once you hand them a deposit, you'll have to take them to court to get it back. Go ANYWHERE else first.

  Once they have your deposit, you can kiss them goodbye..no service, no returned phone calls. I waited 6 months for a fence repair and 2 months for a broken dryer. They kept my deposit more than a month after I moved out and nickled and dimed me to the tune of $170 for a place that I left spotless and with newly planted shrubs in what was all dead when I moved in. Recommendation: if you lease from them you are CRAZY!
